摘要
基于数字光处理技术(Digital Light Processing,DLP)的面曝光快速成型技术是3D打印技术之一,属于光固化成型。文章针对SLA光固化成型速度较慢,利用DLP的面曝光技术,研发了一台DLP光固化成型的桌面级3D打印机。设计了系统的框架结构、机械运动模块、光源固化结构和控制系统,着重探讨了打印料槽离形层的设计,并对关键的打印参数进行优化,使DPL光固化成型效果显著增加,提高了打印速度。
Surface exposure rapid prototyping technology based on Digital Light Processing(DLP), is one of the 3 D printing technologies and belongs to photo-curable prototyping. Aiming at the slow speed of SLA photo-curable molding, a desktop 3 D printer of DLP photo-curable molding was developed by using the surface exposure technology of DLP. The frame structure, mechanical motion module, curing structure of light source and control system were designed, in which it focused on the design of off-shape layer of printing material groove. Besides, the key printing parameters were optimized, so that DPL photo-curing molding effect was significantly increased and the printing speed was improved.
