People-oriented mind has become an important emotional destination of Comrade Xi Jinping’s state governance.Comrade Xi Jinping’s people-oriented mind has been discussed repeatedly in his speeches, thoughts and actions, which gradually attracted scholars’ attentions and heated discussions. This paper tries to interpret Comrade Xi Jinping’s people-oriented mind from three perspectives of formation path, realistic expression and value purport, so as to have a positive impact on theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
