基于数据挖掘的针药结合治疗围绝经期综合征临床规律分析

Clinical Analysis of Acupuncture and Medicine Combination Treatment of Perimenopause Syndrome Based on Data Mining

目的:运用数据挖掘技术,总结出针药结合治疗围绝经期综合征(PMS)的选穴用药规律,为临床针药结合治疗PMS提供思路。方法:收集针药结合治疗PMS的文献,建立Excel表并做频次分析,采用clementine12.0软件进行关联规则分析,SPSS22.0进行聚类分析。结果:使用频率最高的穴位和药物分别为三阴交、熟地黄;穴位归经使用频率前三位分别是足太阳膀胱经、任脉、督脉;关联规则分析显示穴位与药物相关性最高的是三阴交-神门、三阴交-足三里、三阴交-茯苓、肾俞-枸杞-熟地黄;聚类分析得出核心穴位与药物有效聚类群9个。结论:针药结合治疗PMS以重点穴为基础,紧扣肾虚为本、冲任失调病因病机再兼顾心肝脾,结合辨病论治,适当加以辅助药穴和辨证药穴。

Objective:To use data mining technique to summarize the rule of acupuncture combined medicine for perimenopause syndrome(PMS).Methods:We collected the literature of PMS,established Excel and carried out the frequency analysis.Clementine 12.0 software was used for association rules analysis and SPSS 22.0 for cluster analysis.Results:The most frequently-used acupoints and drugs were Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Rehmannia glutinosa.The correlation rule analysis showed that the highest correlation between acupoint and drug correlation was Sanyinjiao(SP6)– Shenmen(HT7).The cluster analysis showed that the core acupoints and the drug effectively clustered 9 groups.Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine for PMS is based on the key points,closely related to kidney deficiency,and the pathogenesis of Chong and Ren disorders,combined with disease discrimination,assisted by acupuncture and acupoints differentiation.
