摘要
胃病Ⅲ号方为广西名中医谢胜教授基于多年临床经验所创,临床上用于治疗慢性胃炎已有10余年,疗效显著,并已经做了大量临床观察研究,证实了其有效性和安全性,具有良好的临床应用及推广价值。故文章通过对胃病Ⅲ号方的药物组成、配伍特点、功用、防治慢性胃炎中西医机理等方面的探讨,阐述了该方可通过发挥调补脾胃,清热燥湿,活血化瘀等功效,从而杀灭Hp,改善微循环,保护、修护胃黏膜,达到防治慢性胃炎的目的。
Weibing Ⅲ Formula,created by Professor XIE Sheng who is a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Guangxi,has significant therapeutic effect on chronic gastritis.Through exploring the composition,compatibility features,functions of this prescription,and the mechanism of treating and preventing chronic gastritis by combining Chinese and Western medicine and so on.it expounded that Weibing Ⅲ Formula can kill Hp,protect the gastric mucosa and cure the chronic gastritis by harmonizing,reinforcing the spleen and stomach,clearing heat and drying dampness,activating blood and resolving stasis and so on.
