通督调神针刺法结合治疗脑卒中恢复期患者肢体运动能力的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture Treatment for Limb Movement of Stroke Patients in Recovery Stage

目的:探讨通督调神针刺法结合动气针法治疗脑卒中恢复期患者肢体运动能力临床效果。方法:选取2015年8月—2016年8月本院收治的脑卒中患者52例,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组患者为26例,给予对照组患者基础康复训练,而观察组患者在基础康复训练基础上加以通督调神刺法结合治疗,分别观察两组患者治疗后肢体运动情况和Fugl-Meyer评分。设置治疗周期为4周。结果:统计发现观察组患者运动神经受损恢复总有效率为94.1%,而对照组为78.3%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者Barthel指数评分无统计学差异,经治疗后,观察组患者Barthel评分为(76.59±15.49)分,对照组患者Barthel患者评分为(62.79±13.54)分,经对比,观察组患者Barthel评分明显优于对照组患者的评分(P<0.05)。患者FMA治疗前无明显差异,而治疗后观察组为(73.26±11.28)分,对照组为(49.58±9.72)分,观察组明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:通督调神针刺法结合动气针法治疗脑卒中恢复期患者肢体运动能力效果显著,同时有效提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture in the treatment of stroke recovery in patients with limb movement ability.Methods:The patients with stroke from August 2015-August 2016 in our hospital,a total of 52 cases,were divided into observation group and control group,and each group had 26 cases.The control group was given rehabilitation training and the observation group were given rehabilitation training and Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture.The two groups'limb movement and Fugl-Meyer score were observed after treatment.The setting period of treatment was 4 weeks.Results:The statistics analysis showed that the total effective rate of motor nerve damage recovery in observation group was 94.1%,while that in control group was 78.3%,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,Barthel index scores of the two groups had no significant difference.After treatment,the observation group's Barthel score was 76.59±15.49 and the control group's was 62.79±13.54.The Barthel scores in observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious difference between the patients before and after treatment of FMA.The observation group's was 73.26±11.28,and the control group's was 49.58±9.72,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture treatment of stroke patients at recovery stage has significant effect on ability of limb movement,and can effectively improve the quality of life.
