Research Progress on the Safety of Polyester (PET) Food Packaging Materials

聚酯(PET)包装材料在食品领域被广泛应用。本文介绍了PET食品包装材料存在的食品安全问题,总结了目前PET食品包装材料的迁移模型研究和相关检测方法,并对PET食品包装材料中有害物质向食品模拟物迁移的相关实验进行综述。

Polyester (PET) packaging materials are widely used in the food field. This paper introduces the food safety problems in PET food packaging materials, summarizes the current migration model research and migration detection methods of PET food packaging materials, and reviews the related experiments on the migration of harmful substances into food mimics in PET food packaging materials.
