摘要
本文创设导入情境,构建课堂情境,营造食品安全教学氛围,强化学生食品安全意识;明确食品安全教学目标,提升课程教学的针对性;与时俱进,适度拓展延伸,优化食品安全教学内容,确保课程教学的鲜活性;推动教学方法多样化、课程学习活动化,激发学生课程学习兴趣;拓展评价主体,完善评价维度,重视教学评价,完善课程教学评价机制,发挥教学评价导向作用。
This paper creates the introduction situation, constructs classroom situation, builds teaching atmosphere of food safety, and strengthens students’ food safety consciousness; clarifies teaching goal of food safety, and improves the pertinence of course teaching; keeps pace with the times, and is moderate. Expanding and extending, optimizing the teaching content of food safety, ensuring the fresh activity of curriculum teaching, promoting the diversification of teaching methods and the activity of curriculum learning, stimulating students’ interest in curriculum learning, expanding the evaluation subject, improving the evaluation dimension, attaching importance to the evaluation of teaching, improving the evaluation mechanism of curriculum teaching, and giving full play to the guiding role of teaching evaluation.
