摘要 随着社会的不断进步和经济水平的不断提高,人们对食物的要求和国家对食品微生物检测技术的要求也越来越高。微生物种类和数量是食品检测的主要指标,其水平直接影响食品的安全性,严重威胁人们的生命安全。 With the continuous progress of society and the improvement of economic level, people’s requirements for food are becoming higher and higher, so that the country has new requirements for the detection technology of food microorganisms. Among them, microbial species and quantity are the main detection indicators of the food. Once the two do not meet the requirements of regulations, they will directly affect the safety and pose a serious threat to people’s life safety.Therefore, the author will conduct indepth discussion and research on the application of rapid detection method in food microbiological detection to minimize its hazard factors.
