摘要
最近几年国家对食品的质量安全问题高度重视,尤其对肉制品生产加工的质量安全要求十分严格。我国是肉制品生产量较高的国家,在全球名列前茅,而且肉制品是人们生活中直接入食的产品之一,所以保障其质量安全十分重要。
