摘要
目的:目前肉质食品中亚硝酸盐检测的步骤相对冗杂,为了节省检测时间,提高检测效率,笔者改进处理方法,与GB5009.33-2016检测结果比较,实现验证方法定性、定量检测准确性研究。方法:综合运用快速定性与定量相结合的方法进行肉质食品中亚硝酸盐实验检测。结果:采取改进后的方法检测结果和采取国家标准方法检测结果均一致。结论:改进后检测亚硝酸盐的方法不仅结果与国标方法的检测结果一致,还能减轻肉质食品亚硝酸盐检测的工作强度。
Objective: At present, the steps of nitrite detection in meat food are relatively complicated. In order to save detection time and improve detection efficiency, the author improved the processing method, and compared with the results of GB 5009.33-2016, to realize the qualitative and quantitative detection accuracy research of verification method. Methods: Nitrite in meat food was detected by rapid qualitative and quantitative methods. Results: The results of the improved method and the national standard method were consistent. Conclusion: The improved method is not only consistent with the results of national standard method, but also can reduce the intensity of nitrite detection in meat food.
