摘要
采用微波辅助法提取黑果腺肋花楸多糖,在此基础上研究黑果腺肋花楸多糖的抗衰老作用。研究结果显示最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶10(g·mL^(-1))、微波功率500W、微波提取时间25min,提取量可达(4.46±0.02)%。
Polysaccharide from Aronia melanocarpa (Michx.) Elliott was extracted by Microwave-assisted method for preparation. The extraction process of polysaccharides from Aronia melanocarpa (Michx.) Elliott was optimized by response surface method, and the optimum conditions of microwave assisted extraction were determined. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶10 (g·mL^-1), the microwave power was 500W, the extraction time was 25 min, and the extraction amount was (4.46±0.02)%.
