三门县城市地下管线综合管理系统及更新与共享机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 地下管线综合管理系统是实现管线信息数字化建设"智慧城市"的基础,但现有的数据信息共享困难,更新缓慢,制约了城市的发展和社会生产的进步。本文根据三门县管线敷设的实际情况构建了三门县城市地下管线综合管理系统。该系统由管理子系统、发布子系统、三维可视化子系统、数据共享服务平台4个主要部分组成。结合三门县住房和城乡建设规划局与各级单位的关系,该系统以体制规范为基础的更新机制,以面向实际应用为目标,给主管部门提供了可自主选择的管线信息更新方式和共享方案。各系统的功能和结构明确,经实践证明可以在中小城市中深入推广。 Integrated management system of underground pipeline is the basis of achieving the digitization of pipeline information and the construction of"smart city",however,the difficulty in data sharing and slow update restrict the development of the city and progress in social production.According to the planning requirements of Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Sanmen County,we build the integrated management system of underground pipeline in Sanmen County based on its actual situation of popeline laying.This system is composed of four parts,the management subsystem,publishing subsystem,three-dimensional visualization subsystem and data sharing service platform.Combined with the relationships between Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Sanmen County and all levels of units,the system,which based on the regulatory mechanism,designed for the target of the application of a variety of ways to update,support authorities freedom to choose a pipeline information update mode and sharing scheme.The function and structure of each system are clear,and it has been proved that it can be widely promoted in small and medium-sized cities.
