面向建设开发的土地资源承载力评价——以哈尔滨为例

Evaluation of Land Resources Carrying Capacity Catering to Land Development and Utilization:A Case Study in Harbin

土地承载力是在一定时期、区域内各种自然资源和技术条件对社会经济发展的支撑能力。地区土地资源承载力评价研究工作的开展,对推动地方社会经济的稳定及可持续发展具有重要的实践意义。本文以土地开发建设为核心,考虑对建设开发影响显著的因素,进一步探究区域内适宜开发的空间规模以及分布情况,在查清现状开发程度的基础上,与可开发空间进行对比分析后评价区域的土地资源承载情况,并以哈尔滨市为例开展案例研究。

Land carrying capacity is the supporting ability of various natural resources and technical conditions to social and economic development in a certain period.The evaluation of regional land resources carrying capacity has important practical significance for promoting local social and economic stability and sustainable development.Taking the land development and construction as the core,this paper considers the significant factors affecting the construction and development,and further explores the space scale and distribution of the suitable development in the region.On the basis of the investigation of the development degree of the present situation,the carrying situation of soil and land resources in the region is evaluated after the comparison and analysis of the developed space.Take Harbin as an example to carry out case study.
