Development on National Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Industry Competence Skills Competition System

全国测绘地理信息行业职业技能竞赛为国家测绘地理信息局举办的两年一度的测绘地理信息行业的大赛事,到2017年已经是第五届了。为了提高技能竞赛工程测量成果的检查效率,从2015年第四届职业技能竞赛开始,国家测绘地理信息局第三地形测量队就自主研发了全国测绘地理信息行业职业技能竞赛系统。该系统由信息录入模块、系统参数设置模块、加密模块、检查核实统计模块、输出打印分数等模块组成,完成参赛人员所绘制地形图与标准图的对比检查,并程序化统计出参赛人员的得分情况。本文主要介绍系统的功能研发和在技能竞赛、检查大比例尺地形图等方面的应用。

National Survey and Mapping Geographic Information Industry Professional Skills Competition organized by the National Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Bureau,and it is the biennial mapping of geographic information industry events.It is already the fifth national surveying and mapping geographic information industry professional skills competition to 2017,in order to improve the efficiency of inspection results of engineering survey in the national and Heilongjiang Province surveying and mapping geographic information industry professional skills competition.For the beginning of the fourth professional skill race in 2015,our institute independently developed the national surveying and mapping geographic information industry professional skills competition system with the technical documents of the skill competition.The system consists of the information entry module,the system parameter setting module,the encryption module,Statistical module,output print scores and other modules,and complete the participants to draw the topographic map and the standard map of the contrast check,and automatically calculate the score of the contestants,this paper describes the system functions and applications of skills in the competition,checking the large scale topographic map,etc.
