Practice and Exploration on Rural Real Estate Right Registration Certification

实施农房地一体不动产登记发证工作是维护不动产权利人合法权益的一项重要举措。本文以甘肃省榆中县不动产登记发证试点工作为例,本着提高工作效率、减少资金投入的原则,在充分利用现有材料的基础上,对不动产登记发证的调查步骤和内容进行了概述,为后续全省全面开展不动产确权登记提供参考。

The implementation of the rural real estate registration certification work,is an important measure to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of real property rights.This paper takes Yuzhong County of Gansu Province real estate registration certification as an example,in order to improve efficiency,and reduce the capital investment,based on the existing materials,the real estate registration certification of the investigation procedures and an overview of the content,for the follow-up to carry out a comprehensive real estate registration reference in all province.
