摘要
目前,大量的基础测绘成果以AutoCAD文件格式存在于各测绘部门,特别是基层测绘作业部门,往往以此格式保存着本行政区域内要素相对完整的"一张图"或各种专题大图。如何将日常修补测工作所产生的最新局部数据方便、及时、准确地反馈到大图中,保证其编辑便利、现势性强、数据完整,同时还要能够满足日常出图需求,为测绘成果质量能够满足相应的测绘技术规范和标准提供最大的便利,是测绘作业部门必须面对的一个不大不小的难题。同时基础地理信息库"建库易、维护难、成本高"是目前行业的普遍现状,针对基层测绘作业部门普遍不具备足够的GIS建库及维护能力,本文探讨一种不依赖GIS库,采用局部更新技术,重点针对数字线划图数据而设计的轻量化动态更新解决方案,重点从技术的角度进行阐述,并为其中的关键步骤提供了实现方法。
At present,a large number of basic surveying and mapping results based on AutoCAD file format in various departments of surveying and mapping work,especially the grassroots departments often kept this format within the administrative region of relatively complete elements of"one map"or thematic map,how will the new data generated by the local daily repairment work convenient,timely and accurate the feedback to enlarge,ensure the convenience,time updating,editing data integrity,and be able to meet the daily demand for drawing,surveying and mapping results can meet the quality and the technical norms and standards provide the greatest convenience,is a sort of a small problem confronted by the department of surveying and mapping work,the basic geographic information database"easy construction,difficult maintenance and high cost"is the general situation of industry at present,according to the department of surveying and mapping work grassroots generally do not have enough GIS library and maintenance ability,this paper discusses a kind of independent GIS library,using local update technology,update solutions of lightweight dynamic focusing on DLG Data and design,mainly carries on the elaboration from the technical point of view,with the implementation of the system and is one of the key steps.
