从类型学的角度分析工业遗产社区的保护价值和更新策略——以天津市第三棉纺织厂宿舍为例

The Research on Protection Value and Renewal Strategies of Industrial Heritage Communities from the Perspective of Typology——Talking Tianjin No.3 Cotton Textile Mill as an Example

我国各地的工业遗产都得到了一定的重视,但工业遗产社区的保护却面临着严峻的态势。在对天津第三棉纺织厂宿舍进行实地调研后,发现了该宿舍作为典型工业遗产社区的保护价值。文章通过对天津市第三棉纺织厂宿舍空间格局、建筑造型等典型特征的提取,提出其再利用的可能性。

At present, the industrial heritage in China has been attached great importance, but the protection of industrial heritage community is facing a severe situation. Based on the investigation of Tianjin No.3 Cotton Textile Mill dormitory, the protection value of Cotton No.3 Dormitory as a typical industrial heritage community was put forward. The possibility of reuse was put forward by extracting the typical characteristics of its spatial pattern and architectural modeling.
