提升遗产地原住居民遗产责任的对策研究——以张家界为例

A Study on Improvement Strategies of the Indigenous Inhabitants Heritage Responsibility in Heritage Sites——Taking Zhangjiajie as an Example

遗产地原住居民是遗产景观重要的生产者和组成部分。居民遗产责任的缺失,是遗产开发与使用中相关利益主体产生矛盾的导火索之一,也是遗产保护的阻碍因素。研究者深入遗产地社区,尝试把握遗产地原住居民的遗产责任认知情况,从遗产保护视角出发,提出关于提升居民遗产责任意识的对策,包括提升居民与遗产地的亲密度,提高居民遗产价值认知,以及为遗产地居民合理赋权,旨在为缓解遗产开发与使用过程中的矛盾、实现遗产地可持续健康发展提供理论依据。

The indigenous inhabitants on heritage sites are important producers and components of heritage landscapes. Their lack of heritage responsibility is one of the causes of the conflict among stakeholders during the development and utilization of the heritage, and also an obstacle to the protection of heritage sites. This study tries to explore the cognition of the inhabitants’ heritage responsibility based on the field research. From the perspective of heritage protection, this study puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the inhabitants’ heritage responsibility, including enhancing the intimacy between inhabitants and heritage sites, enriching the inhabitants’ cognition of heritage value, and empowering the inhabitants in order to provide a theoretical reference for alleviating the contradictions in the development and utilization of heritage sites and realizing the sustainable and healthy development of heritage sites.
