笔者对超大产量节能型辊道窑的研发作了详细的介绍。对超大型辊道窑的关键技术点、生产线的经济运行、对窑炉的数据进行全面统计和分析及传送,选择最佳的窑炉烧成方案,减少了对普通岗位人员依赖,改善窑炉的运行效率,从而最大限度实现对产品的精细化生产。
This programi gives a detailed explanation of the research and dcvclopmicnt of ultra-large production and energy -saving roller kiln. The key technical points of the ultra -large roller kiln, the cconomiic operation of the production line, the comprehensive statistics, analysis and transmission of the kiln data, the selection of the best kiln firing plan, reducing the dependence on the ordinary staff, imiproving the operating efficiency of the kiln, in order to miaximiizc the refined production of the product.
