Meta-analysis of the Value of CT Intestinal Imaging in the Diagnosis of Crohn's Disease

目的:探究CT肠道成像(CTE)诊断克罗恩病(CD)的准确性。方法:检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane、CNKI、CBM、WangFang和VIP中CTE诊断CD研究,截止至2018年5月。通过Revmann 5.3软件计算合并敏感度(Sen)、特异度(Spe)、SROC曲线下面积(AUC)以评价其诊断效能。结果:共纳入10篇文献的836例患者,CTE诊断CD的Sen=0.87(0.82,0.92)、Spe=0.92(0.87,0.96)、AUC=0.95(0.93,0.97)。结论:CTE对诊断CD具有较高准确性,可有效诊断CD。

Objective: To investigate the accuracy of CT intestinal imaging(CTE) in the diagnosis of Crohn’s disease(CD).Methods: CTE diagnostic CD studies in PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane, CNKI, CBM, WangFang, and VIP were searched until May 2018. The combined sensitivity(Sen), specificity(Spe), and area under the SROC curve(AUC) were calculated by Rcvmann 5.3 software to evaluate its diagnostic efficacy. Results: A total of 836 patients with 10 articles were included. The CTE diagnosis of CD was 0.01.87(0.82, 0.92), Spe=0.92(0.87, 0.96), and AUC=0.95(0.93, 0.97). Conclusion: CTE has a high accuracy for the diagnosis of CD and can effectively diagnose CD.
