腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗肾癌的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Radical Nephrectomy for Renal Cell Carcinoma

目的:探讨腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗肾癌的临床效果。方法:将本院收治的71例肾癌患者根据随机数表法分组,对照组(n=35)采用传统开放手术,观察组(n=36)实施后腹腔镜肾癌根治术,对比两组手术效果差异。结果:两组手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术中出血量对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗肾癌的临床效果显著,预后理想。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma. Methods: Seventy-one patients with renal cell carcinoma were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional open surgery and the observation group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. The results were different between the two groups. Results: There were significant differences in operation time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospitalization time and intraoperative bleeding volume between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic radical nephrectomy is an effective and effective method for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma.
