矩形开口环结构的太赫兹环偶极子超材料设计

摘要 针对超材料在太赫兹波段下实现环偶极子电磁特性的问题,利用电磁仿真软件CST对矩形开口环超材料进行电磁仿真与分析,研究矩形超材料金属结构层数及开口间距d的改变对超材料谐振频率、品质因子Q值等电磁特性的影响,发现随着超材料结构金属层数及开口间距d的改变,其谐振响应也随之发生变化。该设计实现了一种新型太赫兹波段的平面环偶极子超材料,为太赫兹波段环偶极子的研究提供了有益的探索和思路。 For the problem of the toroidal dipole electromagnetic properties of the metamaterial in the Terahertz band,the electromagnetic simulation and analysis of the rectangular open ring metamaterial were carried out by using the electromagnetic simulation software CST. The influence of the electromagnetic characteristics such as the metamaterial resonance frequencies and the quality(Q)factor are studied via the changes of the number of the metallic layers and the distance d of the rectangular split ring resonator. It is found that the resonance response changes with the change of the number of metallic layers and the opening d of the metamaterial structure. The design realizes a new toroidal dipole metamaterial at the Terahertz frequencies,which provides some useful ideas for the toroidal dipole research at the Terahertz frequencies.
