摘要 大西高铁综合试验段阳曲西至蝎子寨大桥(K241+900~K251+300)有大约10 km的区段未安装轨道电路,检查人员只能在夜间天窗巡线,达不到全天候监测的功能。针对这一需求,尝试研究一种既能满足大西客专试验段断轨监测需要,也可应用其他无轨道电路区段的断轨监测系统。超声波断轨检测系统是一种全天候自动断轨监测系统,具有检测准确、可靠性高、实时报警、便于安装维护且不改变钢轨状态、太阳能供电且保证阴连续雨天能正常工作(蓄电池充满电供电时间不少于10 d)等特点,能够满足大西客专试验段断轨监测需要。 There is about 10 km section no-installed track circuit of Yangqu-Xiezizhai bridge (K241+900~K251+300) of Da-Xi high-speed railway comprehensive-experimental section, so inspectors only can carry out skylight patrol during the night, which can’t achieve the whole-day monitoring function. In light of the above-mentioned demand, the paper tries to study a system which not only meets broken-rail monitoring demand at Da-Xi passenger-special line, but also applies broken-rail monitoring system at other ultrasonic wave circuit section. The ultrasonic wave broken-rail monitoring system is a whole-day automatic broken-rail monitoring system, which has a lot of advantages and properties, such as accurate monitoring, high reliability, timely alarming, being convenient for installation maintenance without changing the rail state, solar energy power supply and guaranteeing normal operation during continuous rainy days (power supply duration of accumulator with full power is less than 10 days), which can meet the monitoring demands at the experimental section of Da-Xi passenger special railway line.
