摘要 在条件受限的情况,预应力混凝土简支T梁需要通过铁路运输,区间卸梁来解决现场无法预制及无法按正常工序要求从一端向另一端逐孔架设的问题,而区间卸梁需在封锁时间内完成,需解决顶落梁平衡稳定性问题。引进PLC同步控制系统,从根本上解决了此问题,为预应力混凝土简支T梁区间卸梁提供了技术支持。 In the case of limited conditions, prestressed concrete simple supported T beam needs to be transported by railway, and the interval unloading beam can solve the problem that the site cannot be prefabricated and cannot be built from one end to the other end through hole to hole according to the normal process requirements, while the interval unloading beam needs to be completed within the block time, and the balance stability of the overhead falling beam needs to be solved. This paper introduces PLC synchronous control system, which solves this problem fundamentally, and provides technical support for the unloading of T beam in prestressed concrete simply supported by T beam.
