摘要
如何提高项目建设的管理水平和建设质量,在项目管理过程中,提出了多项进度控制和费用控制的措施,以此探讨此类项目的规范化管理模式,实现项目经济社会效益的最大化。
How to improve the management level and construction quality of project construction, this paper introduces several measures of progress control and cost control in the project management process under the model of agent construction, and seeks for the standardized management mode of such project to maximize the economic and social benefits of the project.
