摘要
BIM技术作为新兴的建筑信息化工具,在建筑行业全生命周期信息化管理发挥着越来越大的价值。根据综合管廊施工特点,通过分析管廊施工过程中在交通组织、市政管线搬迁和管廊主体结构施工中的难点与特点,研究BIM技术在以上三方面的应用与流程设计,总结得出BIM在管廊施工中的价值体现。BIM作为三维信息技术在综合管廊全生命周期的应用和价值将越来越普及。
As an emerging tool which can informationize a building, BIM technology is playing a revolutionary role in the full-lifecycle management of the construction industry. Focus on the technology characteristics of the underground pipeline colligate alure in city (the untility tunnel), the research mainly studies on the sample application of BIM technology in transportation organization, municipal pipeline relocation and the structural engineering construction of utility tunnel. The study concluded that BIM technology does develop its great value in utility tunnel construction, and as a 3D-inforational tool, its greater value in the lifecycle management of utility tunnel construction awaits discovery.
