OSM在手术间物品管理中的应用

Application of OSM Field Management System in Management of Articles in Operation Room

目的探讨现场管理系统(OSM)在手术间物品管理中的应用效果。方法成立OSM现场管理活动小组,有计划、有目标地对手术间物品进行现场管理设计,制定实施方案、检查和评价标准,按照初步整理、深度整理、存放与维护、标准制定等流程对手术间物品进行现场管理。结果手术间物品通过OSM现场管理后,手术中环境整洁有序率、手术后物品定位放置率、手术间物品按需要量补充率及护士在岗在位率均高于OSM现场管理前,手术医生对手术室护理工作满意度也得到了提高(P<0.05)。结论手术间物品开展OSM现场管理,使手术间物品管理更加科学化、规范化和标准化,提高了手术室护理质量和工作效率,提升护理人员素养和科室形象。

Objective Applying OSM on-site management system to manage the items of operation scientifically and normatively,standardize the behavior of nurses in operation room,and improve the quality of nursing and work efficiency in operation room.Method The establishment of OSM management group,planned and targeted on-site management design of operating room items,the implementation of the project,the inspection and evaluation standards,according to preliminary sorting,sorting,storage and maintenance,the depth of standard processes such as on-site management of operating room items. Result The operating room items through OSM site management,operation in the tidy rate,object localization rate, surgery after surgery is placed between the items according to the required amount of on-the-job nurses in rate and rate were higher than those of OSM before the surgery site management,doctor of operation room nursing job satisfaction has also been improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The management of OSM articles in the operation room makes the management of the articles in the operation more scientific,standardized and standardized.It improves the quality of nursing and work efficiency in the operation room,improves the quality of the personnel and promotes the image of the operation room.
