高校《护理教育学》课程翻转课堂的构建与实施 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察高校《护理教育学》课程翻转课堂构建与实施的应用效果。方法纳入我院2016级护理学专业本科生102人作为研究对象,其中3班53人为对照组,按传统教学模式开展教学活动。4班49人为观察组,在对照组的基础上实施高校《护理教育学》课程翻转课堂教学模式。比较两组护理学生的综合实践能力以及对教学方法的评价情况。结果观察组理论水平与实践能力考核评分为(87.34±1.15)分、(48.14±0.85)分,均高于对照组(84.43±0.97)分、(45.57±0.97)分(P<0.05);观察组护理学生对教学方法的有效度、适应度与满意度评分为(8.96±0.73)分、(8.93±0.55)分、(8.90±0.73)分均高于对照组(8.45±0.94)分、(8.42±0.96)分、(8.39±0.74)分(P<0.05)。结论采用高校《护理教育学》课程翻转课堂教学模式,可提高护理学专业本科学生理论水平与实践能力。 To observe the application effect of the construction and implementation of the course of nursing education in colleges and universities. Methods A total of 102 undergraduate students of our 2016 nursing majors were included in the study. Among them, 53 of the 3 classes were the control group, and the teaching activities were carried out according to the traditional teaching mode. The 49 classes of 5 classes were observed groups, and implemented on the basis of the control group. The comprehensive practice ability of nursing implementation and the evaluation of teaching methods were compared. Results The theoretical level and practical ability assessment results of the nursing students in the observation group [(87. 34± 1. 15) points,(48. 14±0. 85) points] were better than the control group [(84. 43 ± 0. 97) points,(45. 57±0. 97) points](P<0. 05) effectiveness, fitness and satisfaction evaluation [(8. 96±0. 73) points,(8. 93±0. 55) better than the control group [(8. 45± 0. 94) points,(8. 42± 0. 96) points,(8. 39±0. 74) points](P〈0. 05). Conclusion Using the "Nursing Education" course to flip the classroom can improve the theoretical level and practical ability of undergraduate nursing students to master nursing knowledge.
