摘要
多孔氧化硅是一维纳米材料,在国民经济及高科技领域具有重要用途。石棉尾矿是石棉开采过程中产生的矿渣,石棉尾矿的大量堆积占据土地,使周围的生态环境恶化。实验以石棉尾矿为原料,采用混合焙烧法制备多孔氧化硅材料,并对其吸附性能进行系统的研究。结果表明:混合焙烧法制备多孔氧化硅结晶状况较好,在C罗丹明B=25mg/L、pH=8条件下吸附50min时多孔氧化硅对罗丹明B的吸附率最大。
Porous silicon oxide is a one-dimensional nano-material, which has important applications in the field of national economy and high technology. Asbestos tailings is the slag produced in the process of asbestos mining. The accumulation of asbestos tailings occupies the land and deteriorates the surrounding ecological environment. Porous silica was prepared by mixed roasting with asbestos tailings as raw material, and its adsorption properties were studied systematically. The results show that the crystal state of porous silica prepared by mixed calcination method is better, and the adsorption rate of Rhodamine B is the highest when 50 min is adsorbed by porous silica under the conditions of C rhodamine B=25mg/L and pH=8.
