摘要
针对工频SIV变流器常见绝缘耐压失效模式,并结合相关绝缘、耐压试验标准,分析现有城市轨道车辆工频SIV变流器绝缘耐压测试方法,评估现有工频SIV变流器绝缘耐压测试方案在耐压方式选择、分组测试、耐压等级选择等方面的合理性。同时结合作者多年从事变流器测试技术工作的经验积累提出优化建议,旨在为工频SIV变流器设计及测试工程师合理选择工频SIV变流器绝缘耐压试验方法提供参考意见。
In view of the common insulation withstand voltage failure modes of power frequency SIV converters, and combined with the related insulation and voltage test standards, the existing insulation withstand voltage test methods of power frequency SIV converters for urban rail vehicles are analyzed. This paper evaluates the reasonableness of the existing insulation withstand voltage test schemes for power frequency SIV converters in the aspects of voltage mode selection, grouping test and voltage withstanding grade selection, etc. At the same time, combined with the author’s many years of experience in converter testing work, the optimization suggestions are put forward for the purpose of providing reference for the design of power frequency SIV converters and the reasonable selection of insulation withstand voltage test methods for power frequency SIV converters.
