摘要
以海水电液换向阀为研究对象,介绍了换向阀的主阀结构,分析其工作原理。通过对主阀运动过程的研究,针对主阀开启过程的动态特性建立数学模型,同时对该数学模型采用Simulink软件进行仿真。结果表明,该主阀结构动态性能良好,能够满足工作要求。
Taking the electrohydraulic directional valve of seawater as the research subject, the structure of the main valve of the directional valve is introduced, and its working principle is analyzed. Through the study of the main valve movement process,the dynamic characteristics of the main valve opening process mathematical model is established, and the mathematical model is simulated by Simulink software. The results show that the structure of the main valve has good dynamic performance and can meet the working requirements.
