摘要
为探索再造烟叶单独加工的方法,研究再造烟叶在松散回潮中不同工艺参数对其含水率及物理性状造成的影响,提高使用价值,对再造烟叶的松散回潮工艺过程进行研究,在保持再造烟叶感官质量的同时,提高再造烟叶含水率,寻找再造烟叶的平衡含水率点,以此提高再造烟叶耐加工性。本项目采取卷烟厂烟叶松散回潮筒对再造烟叶进行加工,通过设置不同的工艺参数,寻找出再造烟叶合适的工艺加工条件和合适的含水率条件。
In order to explore the individual processing method of reconstituted tobacco, the effects of different technological parameters on the moisture content and physical properties of reconstituted tobacco were studied in order to improve its use value, and the process of loose rehydration of reconstituted tobacco was studied. At the same time of maintaining the sensory quality of reconstituted tobacco leaves, improve the moisture content of reconstituted tobacco leaves, find the balance moisture content point of reconstituted tobacco leaves, in order to improve the processing resistance of reconstituted tobacco leaves. In this project, the reconstituted tobacco leaves were processed by loose moisture cylinder in cigarette factory. Through setting different technological parameters, the suitable processing conditions and moisture content conditions of reconstituted tobacco leaves were found out.
