摘要
文章对现有的低压导电线接头临时绝缘防护层方案开展研究,其具有风险高、效率低、不环保等缺陷。根据临时绝缘防护层的需求与上述缺陷设计了一套带电线头快速封闭工具作为替代方案,并对该替代方案进行试验。试验证明该替代方案在安全性、工作效率、环保性等方面优于原方案。可进行替代。
This paper studies the existing scheme of temporary insulation protective coating for low voltage conductive wire joints,which has the defects of high risk, low efficiency and no environmental protection. According to the requirements of the temporary insulation protection layer and the defects mentioned above, a set of quick sealing tools for the live line head is designed as an alternative scheme, and the alternative scheme is tested. The experiment proves that the alternative scheme is superior to the original one in safety, working efficiency and environmental protection.
