摘要
利用常规天气观测资料、美国NCEP1°x1°逐6h再分析资料,对2016年12月3日-6日呼伦贝尔地区寒潮天气过程的环流形势及影响系统、天气学成因进行综合分析。结果表明:此次过程是受极涡分裂出冷空气南下影响的寒潮过程,乌拉尔山高脊的发展引导冷空气南下堆积及爆发,寒潮爆发时冷平流较强,冷空气在动量下传的作用下迅速影响近地面温度,此次寒潮爆发也配合大尺度的环流调整,这对今后发生类似寒潮天气过程具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the conventional weather observation data and the reanalysis data of NCEP 1°×1° for 6 hours, the circulation situation, influence system and synoptic origin of the cold wave weather process in Hulunbuir area from December 3 to 6, 2016 are comprehensively analyzed. The results show that this process is a cold wave process influenced by the split of polar vortex and the southward movement of cold air. The development of the high ridge of the Ural Mountains leads to the accumulation and eruption of cold air southward, and the cold advection is stronger when the cold wave erupts. The cold air has a rapid influence on the near-surface temperature under the action of the downward transfer of momentum, and the outbreak of the cold wave is also coordinated with the large-scale circulation adjustment, which has certain reference significance for the similar cold wave weather process in the future.
