刍议如何传承工匠精神将工程建筑做优做强

从党的十九大开始的这几年政府工作报告,"高质量发展"成为普遍的热词,各行各业开始崇尚精品,注重质量,质量竞争时代,呼唤工匠精神。工匠精神内涵是:工匠对于产品的认真雕刻,追求精益求精的工作理念。工匠对于自己的产品不断地细化,并且享受工作的过程。工匠精神的主要目的是为了把本件工艺品打造成为行业领域的最佳产品,工作严谨,认真负责。在实际工作中也要努力做到精益求精、用户至上的原则,从而成为本行业的标杆。大力提倡工匠精神有利促进社会的发展。

The connotation of the craftsman’s spirit is: the craftsman carves the product earnestly, and pursues the work idea which strives for perfection. The craftsman constantly refines his products and enjoys the process of his work. The main purpose of the craftsman’s spirit is to make this handicraft the best product in the field of the industry, rigorous work, and serious and responsible. In the actual work should also strive to achieve excellence, the principle of customer first, so as to become the benchmark of the industry. Advocating the craftsman’s spirit is beneficial to the development of the society.
