This paper mainly expounds the lean management mode of transmission line hidden trouble based on active safety,and puts forward the hidden trouble investigation and control, the "carpet" inspection, "origin" analysis and "lightning" controlling of hidden trouble, thus forming "inspection-assessment-report-governance-acceptance-eradication" hidden trouble management closed-loop executive system, so as to realize hidden danger management level of continuous accumulation, sharing, application and innovation.
