基于Citespace的心理资本研究可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Psychological Capital Researches Based on Citespace

为了从历史考察的角度总结心理资本的研究进程,以中国知网数据库收录的从2004—2017年的2 264篇心理资本相关文献为研究对象,采用文献计量方法、内容分析法,利用Citespace工具,分析关键词知识图谱、Time-zone图、研究分类、领域研究热点及前沿。研究发现,心理资本领域的核心研究类别有学生心理资本类、积极心理学类和心理资本类;研究历程分为探索阶段、快速发展阶段和深化阶段,整个历程中以大学生、人力资本、心理健康为重点研究内容;目前研究前沿为大学生心理资本研究、心理资本与工作绩效的关系研究和心理资本基础理论研究。

In order to sum up the research progress of psychological capital from the angle of historical investigation,this paper took the relevant 2264 articles from 2004 to 2017 as the research object,using bibliometrics method,content analysis,and Citespace to analyze the knowledge graph of keywords,time-zone graph,research category,research hotspots and frontiers.The result shows that the core research categories in the field of psychological capital are students’ psychological capital,positive psychology and psychological capital.The research process is divided into exploratory stage,rapid development stage and deepening stage,and college students,human capital and mental health have been the key research contents.At present,the research frontier involves college students’ psychological capital,the relationship between psychological capital and work performance and the basic theory of psychological capital.
