职业资格证书收入效应的异质性研究——基于人力资本质量的视角

Heterogeneity Impact of professional qualification certificate on income——based on the quality of human capital

职业资格证书是劳动就业市场重要的衡量指标之一,围绕其收入效应的研究尚未达成一致意见。本文利用中山大学2014年劳动力调查数据(CLDS),运用倾向得分匹配方法控制样本选择偏误问题,实证分析了职业资格证书对劳动力工资收入的异质性作用。结果表明,总体来看,满足工作岗位要求的资格证书能够显著提高劳动力的工资收入水平;按照人力资本质量进行区分后,上述资格证书只对非高等教育劳动力工资的提高具有显著的促进作用;进一步地,按照劳动力年龄进行区分后,该证书对中、青年非高等教育劳动力工资均具有显著正向促进作用,而且对前者的效果更明显。与此同时,利用倾向得分匹配方法估计的结果与上述结论一致。因此,倡导鼓励非高等教育劳动力参加职业资格培训教育,并倡导高等教育劳动力进行职业规划,提高职业技能,在提升自身人力资本的同时,增加就业收入。

There is no consensus about the impact of professional qualification certificate on income.This paper uses the 2014 China Labor-force Dynamic Survey(CLDS)of Sun Yat-sen University to analyze what's the heterogeneity impact of professional qualification certificates on income by propensity score analysis to control sample selection bias.The results show that the qualification certificate consistent with the job significantly increase the income totally.Based on the quality of human capital,the certificate mainly increases the income of non-higher education labors.What's more,dividing the labor by age,the certificate improves the income level of young labors and more for middle age labors.Using the propensity score analysis to control the sample selection problem,The results are still the same Therefore,we should encouraging non-higher education laborers to attend some training to get a certificate which can increase their human capital and income.
