摘要
按照天波超视距雷达作战效能评估"是什么"、"为什么"、"做什么"、"怎么做"的思路,比较分析了系统效能与作战效能的概念,总结了对天波超视距雷达作战效能评估的意义,提出了天波超视距雷达作战效能评估体系框架及其主要内容。该研究可为天波超视距雷达作战效能评估方法的选择提供思路与建议。
:According to“what”,“why”,“to do”and“how to”assessment of operational effectiveness for sky wave over the horizon radar,the first comparative analysis of the concept of system effectiveness and operational effectiveness,secondly summarizes significance of the operational effectiveness assessment of sky wave over the horizon radar,finally presents the framework and its main content of the operational effectiveness assessment of sky wave over the horizon radar.The study can give proposal to the selecting of methods for the operational effectiveness assessment of sky wave over the horizon radar.
