摘要
行政审批制度改革是当前形势下推进政府部门"放管服"改革的重要内容,区域能评制度是节能领域的行政审批制度改革中出现的一项新形式。本文分析了区域能评实施情况,指出了现阶段区域能评制度面临的主要问题,并对区域能评工作提出了几点建议。
The reform of administrative examination and approval system is an important part of pushing forward the reform of “government departments to delegate more power to local governments and provide more services to them” under the current situation. Regional energy assessment is a new form in the reform of administrative examination and approval in the field of energy conservation. This article analyzes the implementation of regional energy assessment, points out the main problems facing the implementation of regional energy assessment at this stage, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of regional energy assessment.
