摘要
分别采用辛酸亚锡(T-9)、有机铋(Bi-2010、C-83、MB-20)、有机锌1619和铋锌复配催化剂制备了聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMG)型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU),讨论了不同催化剂对TPU的反应及性能的影响。结果表明,相同用量条件下,单一金属催化剂的催化效果都随初始反应温度和TPU硬段含量的升高而增强。相较单一金属催化剂,采用铋锌复配催化剂催化制备的TPU的综合性能更好,有机铋、有机锌催化剂具有协同催化作用,可以有效提升反应效率,减少副反应发生,因此可以通过催化剂调整反应状态和反应速率来调控TPU材料的结构和性能。
Polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG)type thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers(TPU)was prepared by catalysted with stannous octoate(T-9),organic bismuth(Bi-2010,C-83,MB-20),organic zinc1619and bismuth-zinc compound catalysts,respectively.The effects of different catalysts on the reaction and performance of TPU were discussed.The results showed that the catalytic effect of single metal catalyst increased when the initial reaction temperature and the content of TPU hard segment increased under the same dosage.Compared with the single metal catalyst,the TPU prepared by the bismuth-zinc compound catalyst had the better comprehensive perfor-mance.The organic bismuth and organic zinc catalysts had synergistic catalysis,which could effectively improve the reaction efficiency and reduce the side reactions.Therefore,the structure and properties of the TPU material could be adjusted by changing the reaction state and rate with the catalyst.
