摘要
为了解决水泥混凝土路面所用的天然河砂稀缺问题,就地采用石灰石机制砂修筑水泥混凝土路面。利用Tatantuta曲线,优化矿料合成级配。根据矿料合成级配,得到合成矿料的捣实空隙率,利用水泥净浆富余系数法和Shilstone图,使水泥用量得到优化,进而得到机制砂水泥混凝土组成,按三辊轴机组对机制砂水泥混凝土路面进行施工,现场抽样的性能满足相关技术要求。机制砂水泥混凝土路面成功的在广西二级公路的路面工程中得到应用。
In order to solve the problem of scarcity of natural river sand used in cement concrete pavement, limestone machine-made sand was used to build cement concrete pavement. The synthetic gradation of mineral aggregate, which was optimized by the Tatantuta curve, was used to obtain the consolidate voidage. By using the method of coefficient of rich of cement paste and Shilstone diagram, the amount of cement was optimized, and the composition of machine-made sand cement concrete was obtained. The machine-made sand cement concrete pavement was constructed according to the three-roller unit paving and the performance of field sampling met the relevant technical requirements. The mechanism sand cement concrete pavement has been successfully applied in the pavement engineering of Guangxi second-class highway.
