摘要
为了获取反映挖掘机真实工作状态的载荷谱,以大、中型挖掘机为研究对象,对其主要作业介质、作业类型及所占比例等进行了调查研究。采用区间估计及点估计相结合的方法,对样本数据进行统计分析。由统计结果可得:大型挖掘机作业介质中重黏土、密实硬土及黏土占比较大,中型挖掘机作业介质中松散土、黏土及亚黏土占比较大;大型挖掘机作业类型中矿山占比最多,中型挖掘机的作业类型中城建占比最多。同时根据国家及行业标准,给出了不同作业介质的参数,为挖掘机载荷谱试验的开展、数据整理提供了基础数据。
In order to obtain the load spectrum reflecting the real working state of the excavator, taking large and medium-sized excavators as research objects, the main operation medium, operation type and proportion of them were investigated. The sample data was statistically analyzed through a combination of interval estimation and point estimation. According to statistical results, heavy clay, dense hard soil and clay can account for a large part of operation medium of large-sized excavator and the loose soil, clay and sub-clay can account for a large part of operation medium of medium-sized excavator. The results also show that mine can account for a large part of operation type of large-sized excavator while it is the urban construction that can account for a large part of operation type of medium-sized excavator. Besides, according to national and industry standards, the parameters of different operation medium are given, which can provide basic data for the development and data arrangement of load spectrum test of excavators.
