PD-1免疫抑制剂联合化疗患者不良反应的护理 被引量：8

摘要 总结15例PD-1免疫抑制剂联合化疗治疗肿瘤患者护理,针对出现的消化道、发热、肺炎、皮疹、甲状腺及肾上腺皮质功能减退、骨髓抑制不良反应给予相应的饮食指导、皮肤护理、药物治疗及严格采取保护性隔离措施,预防感染,保证治疗顺利进行。
