车站预包装食品添加剂使用状况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Use of Additives in Frepackaged Foods

为进一步掌握车站食品经营单位销售的预包装食品中添加剂使用状况,为食品添加剂添加情况的监督管理提供参考,对某铁路局管内部分车站销售的预包装食品中食品添加剂情况进行调查。调查结果显示,所有预包装食品中都不同程度使用食品添加剂,虽然所有食品添加剂均在标准规定的使用范围内,但是个别食品添加的种类和数量较多,不排除添加剂过量的可能。进而从落实监管机构和食品加工企业主体责任、修订完善相关标准、加强对食品添加剂法规的宣传及科学知识的普及、加强铁路食品进货管理方面提出建议。

In order to further understand the use of additives in prepackaged foods sold by the station food business unit and provide reference for the supervision and management of food additive addition,an investigation was carried out on the situation of food additives sold in prepackaged foods in some stations under the administration of a railway bureau.The survey results show that all prepackaged foods uses food additives in varying degrees.Although all food additives are within the scope of use specified in the standard,the types and quantities of individual foods are more than that of the standard,which does not rule out the possibility of excessive additives.Furthermore,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of implementing the main responsibilities of regulatory agencies and food processing enterprises,revising and perfecting relevant standards,strengthening the propaganda of food additive laws and regulations and popularizing scientific knowledge,and strengthening the management of railway food purchase.
