在我国铁路事业飞速发展和列车不断提速的背景下,高速铁路机车乘务员的心理健康状况越来越受到广泛重视。为有效提升机车乘务员的心理健康水平、为保证行车安全提供保障,在阐述机车乘务员具有紧张焦虑、强迫、抑郁、内疚自责等不良心理状态及表现的基础上,分析构建"三级预防"心理服务体系的必要性,从设计理念与目标、前提条件、构建与服务模式等方面论述高速铁路机车乘务员"三级预防"心理服务体系的构建。

With the rapid development of China's railway industry and the increasing speed of trains, the mental health of drivers on high-speed railway has been paid more and more attention. In order to effectively improve the mental health level of train drivers and provide a strong guarantee for driving safety, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing a “three-level prevention” psychological service system based on the description of the train drivers5 unhealthy psychological state and performance such as tension, anxiety, compulsion, depression, guilt and remorse, and discusses the construction of the “ three-level prevention” psychological service system for drivers on high-speed railway from the aspects of design concept and objectives, preconditions, construction and service mode, etc.
