摘要
针对42CrMoA圆钢所加工的钻杆连接件金相组织异常的问题,分析了圆钢的生产过程,对组织异常的零件进行组织及硬度检测分析,利用Gleeble热模拟试验机研究42CrMoA钢的组织转变规律,结果表明:零件的异常组织为贝氏体,并针对贝氏体的产生制定了相应的控制措施。
Aiming at the problem of metallographic microstructure abnormality of 42CrMoA round steel,the production process of 42CrMoA round steel is analyzed,the microstructure and hardness of the abnormal parts are detected and analyzed.The microstructure transformation rule of 42CrMoA round steel is studied by Gleeble thermal simulation test machine.The results show that the abnormal structure of the parts is bainite,and the corresponding control measures are made for the bainite producing.
