摘要
针对新钢气体公司的一套800 Nm^3/h焦炉煤气变压吸附(PAS)制氢装置运行效率低、能耗高的现象,研发出了PSA吸附装置切换时间自调模块并结合采用变频技术,使装置能根据生产负荷的变化自动切换时间,不仅解决了压缩机打回流的现象,还降低了能耗,提高了氢气回收率。
In view of low operation efficiency and high energy consumption of a set of 800 Nm^3 / h of coke oven gas pressure adsorption (PAS) hydrogen production unit in Xinyu Xingang Gas Company,the PSA adsorption device switch time adjusting module is developed and combined with the frequency conversion technology.The device can automatically switch time according to the change of production load.It not only solved the compressor backflow phenomenon,also reduced the energy consumption and improve the hydrogen recovery rate.
