摘要 针对某厂3 800 mm中厚板轧机奥钢联过程控制系统存在的钢板尺寸控制精度不高、轧制规程不合理等问题,采取增加辊缝微调功能、改进厚度反馈功能、改进轧制规程及扭矩计算模型等措施后,扭矩计算精度大为改善,轧制规程得到优化,过扭矩现象明显缓解,稳定了粗轧道次数,钢板尺寸非计划率由之前的0. 86%下降至0. 45%。 Aiming at the problems of low accuracy of steel plate size control and the unreasonable rolling schedule for VAI process control system in a certain 3 800 mm plate mill,the measures like: to adding the function of roll gap fine adjustment,improving the function of thickness feedback,improving the rolling schedule and torque calculation model,are taken.The torque calculation accuracy is greatly improved,rolling schedule is optimized,over torque phenomenon is obviously alleviated,the rough rolling passes are stabilized,unscheduled rate for steel plate dimension fell from 0.86% to 0.45%.
