Experience of the Grade 4 Teaching Competition of Yantai Nanshan College

通过参加本次烟台南山学院四级教学观摩大赛,经历了教研室、系部、学院、学校四个层面选拔与学习,在相互听评课及专家指导过程中自身的教育教学能力和水平得到了很大的提高。在此,从教风学风、民办教师教育教学能力如何提高两方面深入探讨,谈谈烟台南山学院四级教学观摩大赛的良好影响。

Through participating in this Yantai Nanshan College four-level teaching and learning competition,we have experienced four levels of teaching and research,department,college,and school to select and study,in the course of mutual listening and evaluation and expert guidance in their own educational teaching ability and level have been greatly improved.In this paper,from the two aspects of teaching style and teacher education and teaching ability,we discuss the good influence of the fourlevel teaching competition at nanshan college in Yantai.
